Since her first real estate purchase in 1992, she has owned and operated everything from a vacation rental to a multiplex. Obtaining her license in 2001 was a natural continuation of her love of real estate and helping others in their real estate endeavors. She has assisted buyers and sellers with all types of properties, large upscale homes, to small modest condos, multi-family properties, fixer upper projects, and even moving a structure from Crystal Beach to Crystal River. Dana believes that her ability to be a listener first and then pursue with her buyers and sellers their real estate goals has been the service her clients appreciate most.
