When we first started house hunting, we were using a different real estate agent. Jessica was referred to us by some friends, and boy are we glad we switched to her. From the moment we contacted her she was very friendly and helpful. We told he what we were looking for and our budget, and within about an hour she sent us a bunch of listings that met our criteria. Any time anything new came on the market that met our criteria she would send it to us to look at. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in the housing market. She answered any questions we had promptly. She fought for us, and made sure we were well informed on everything. When we went to look at houses she would pull the permits and check to see when and how long ago work was done. She pointed out anything that could be of concern when an inspection is done. She makes sure that her client is well informed before making a decision. She really cares about her clients and takes very good care of them. In fact when we closed on our house the seller left a mess behind and she came back to the house to help clean some of it up. She goes the extra mile to take care of you.
