Lilliam was absolutely amazing. Our house was not an easy sell. The market was slowing and rates were rising and our price point was higher than most were looking for. Not just the sale of the house but in every aspect Lilliam went above and beyond. We had already moved out of state so she was at the home all the time to check on the pool, the lawn, and the home. To make sure everything was good. And the couple times we did have issues arise she took care of them right away. It would have been difficult for us being so far away to find people to come take care of things and I never had to. She took it upon herself to take care of everything. Her marketing strategies were great, her communication was exceptional. I would recommend Lilliam to anyone and everyone!
