Manny Nieves was born and raised in New Jersey before making pit stops in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia early in his professional career before landing in Spring Hill, Florida. He brings over 10 years of experience in the communications and marketing field when working with his real estate clients.

Manny attended Centenary University earning a dual degree in Marketing and Sports Management. A two-sport athlete, he competed on the diamond for the two-time conference champion Cyclone baseball team and helped guide the soccer team to their first post-season appearance in nearly a decade in his senior season. Manny furthered his education at East Stroudsburg University attaining a Master's Degree in Sport Management while working in the athletic department as a graduate assistant.

Manny has always been intrigued by real estate as his stepfather dabbled in investment properties and is the owner of Alltech Construction & Remodeling which piqued his curiosity even further. He has enjoyed fulfilling his clients dreams of owning a home and earning his reputation as Hernando County's Favorite Agent!

Manny is engaged to his fiancée and lives in Spring Hill with their four daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing and attending sporting events and playing the occasional online computer game.
